Prior to Denny’s oversaw all EEO and workforce diversity matters for Amgen, including handling of EEO complaints, advising staffing department on recruitment, selection, and retention of qualified candidates, preparation of briefs to corporate legal department and delivery of diversity training to supervisory and management staffs. PROFESSIONAL HISTORY:

As Senior Investigator, conduct field and telephone investigations regarding discrimination, labor practices, and diversity training. Serve as Denny’s only bilingual field investigator and handle sensitive, high-level investigations. Work closely with regional operations and human resource managers and also interface closely with Denny’s and external legal counsels. Recently delivered management reporting training program to Operations throughout Southern California.
