CURRICULUM VITAE:

Luis Delgado attended Fullerton Community College, located in Fullerton, California, studying Administration of Justice and also attended the Fullerton Community College Police Academy. He completed his Police Academy training in May of 1996.

In addition, Mr. Delgado attended and completed college units at Goldenwest College, located in Huntington Beach, California. Mr. Delgado has received Advanced P.O.S.T. training in Crime Scene Investigations, Arrest, Control, and Fire Arms; Use of Force, Narcotics, Advanced training in DUI detection and Arrest, Health and Safety Code 11550, Emergency Response of Terrorism Incidents, Arrest Control/Tactical communications, Emergency Vehicle Operation Center training, Racial Profiling training, Driving/Force Options, Emergency Response of Terrorism Incidents training, and is qualified in the use of Intoximeters and Alcohol Sensors.

While working as a member of the Buena Park Police Department, Mr. Delgado received an Employee of the Quarter Commendation from the State of California Senate in 2007. Mr. Delgado has also received commendations from Mothers Against Drunk Drivers (M.A.D.D.) in 2006 and the Life Saving Award in 2005 and 2006, a certificate of Congressional recognition from the United States House of Representatives.

Mr. Delgado has worked in the private and public sectors of the security industry including law enforcement and private investigations for approximately twelve years.

PROFESSIONAL HISTORY:

Mr. Delgado had been employed by the City of Buena Park, California as a California Police Officer assigned to patrol, and served as a member of the Rifle Team and Recruitment Team for approximately five years. Mr. Delgado has also obtained more than eight years of experience working in the field of private investigations in a management capacity, including working as Operations Manager and Vice President. While employed in the private sector, Mr. Delgado worked as a Special Agent for the Union Pacific Police Department, specializing in Organized Crime, the detection and the apprehension of theft suspects, and the identification of terrorist acts against the railways and ports. He was also a member of the Special Operations Response Team (S.O.R.T.) while employed by Union Pacific. Mr. Delgado has worked for several of the largest Private Investigation firms in the United States, with emphasis on fraud, surveillance, auditing, and serving V.I.P./celebrity clients. In addition, Mr. Delgado has strong experience in recruiting, hiring, business development, investigator training and sales.
