CURRICULUM VITAE:
Patricia A. Kotze is the President and Co-Founder of Diversified Risk Management, Inc., and also serves as a managing partner for the firm. Diversified Risk Management is a fully licensed private investigation firm headquartered in Southern California. Prior to forming Diversified, Ms. Kotze served as Senior Vice President, Director, and Manager of Corporate Investigations for three major national investigation firms.
With twenty five years of experience, she has assisted countless employers, including several Fortune 1000 corporations, mid-cap, and small businesses in over forty states, Canada, Mexico, and abroad. The industries she has served include aerospace, automotive, healthcare, computer technology, electronics, pharmaceutical, law, transportation, agriculture, steel, forestry, food manufacturing/processing, municipalities, non-profit organizations and all facets of manufacturing and warehouse distribution.
Ms. Kotze has been instrumental in reducing costs associated with employee theft, fraud, substance abuse, various forms of misconduct and other crimes against the business.
Ms. Kotze has managed several thousand workplace related investigations, with many resulting in successful criminal and civil prosecution. Ms. Kotze has been a keynote speaker at many seminars and conventions, speaking on such topics as substance abuse, workplace investigations, and workplace safety. Ms. Kotze is an expert on litigation strategy, workplace investigations, and investigative procedures. She has worked with city, state, and federal law enforcement agencies in many jurisdictions throughout the United States, as well as in Canada and Mexico.
Ms. Kotze was recently the recipient of the 2008 Woman of the Year award from WeTip, the oldest and most established anonymous crime hotline program in the U.S. for her efforts in implementing avenues for employees to report misconduct anonymously and safely, thereby increasing the overall safety and morale in the workplace.

Ms. Kotze is a member of the California Association of Licensed Investigators, the National Council of Investigation and Security Services, the American Society for Industrial Security (Los Angeles Chapter), ProVisors, founded in 1988 as Professionals Network Group, Inc. (PNG), the Latin Business Association, the Soroptimists International of Downey, the Manufacturers Council in the City of Industry, the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, the Vernon Chamber of Commerce, the Santa Fe Springs Chamber of Commerce, the National Association for Professional Background Screeners, and is on the Board of Directors at the Downey Chamber of Commerce.
