Compliance Training Group Compliance Training Group Appoints Director of Strategic Growth and Business DevelopmentLOS ANGELES, California – April 1, 2009 – Diversified Risk Management, Inc., a California-based corporate investigation and risk-mitigation consulting firm has appointed James F. Hilton, MBA as Director of Strategic Growth & Business Development, for its training division, Compliance Training Group, to grow the organization’s e-Learning and group training services. Compliance Training Group focuses solely on providing employee training and education services to corporate clients on topics that include Sexual Harassment Prevention, Violence in the Workplace, Substance Abuse Awareness, Workplace Diversity, Conflict Resolution, Team Building and many other topics. As a director of Compliance Training Group’s management team, Mr. Hilton will work closely with George J. Ramos, Jr. a Managing Partner for Diversified Risk Management, Inc., and Michele Cordova, Compliance Training Group’s Director of Marketing, to engineer strategic expansion throughout the U. S. This includes the development of new business from both private enterprise and government agencies. Mr. Ramos said, “We’re excited to bring onboard this seasoned professional to help launch our e-Learning training service to employers throughout the United States. Mr. Hilton brings a fresh perspective to business development and strategic growth; he’s committed to placing high premiums to ensure quality services are provided at competitive pricing.” Mr. Hilton’s immediate plans for Compliance Training Group include the reintroduction of the vast array of workplace training services to Diversified Risk Management, Inc.’s existing clients and the development of new business to the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce membership. His long-term strategic growth plans for Compliance Training Group include the development of an accredited post-secondary and vocational education private investigation training institute, dedicated to training students seeking careers as a professional private investigators. His current educational interests include the future study of Industrial Organizational Psychology (the study of human behavior in the workplace) and advancing his proficiency in training and business development. Mr. Hilton is an experienced public speaker and trainer. He attended Southern Illinois University, located in Carbondale, Illinois, where he completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Workforce Education and Development with a minor in Education Training and Development. He also attended the University of Redlands, located in Redlands, California where he completed a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA). In addition, Mr. Hilton attended and completed the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Training Academy and received his Basic POST (Peace Officers Standards and Training) Certificate. Mr. Hilton is currently a Reserve Deputy with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department and holds an Intermediate and Advanced POST Certificate. He has been a member of the Judicial Protection Unit (JPU) and Specialized Response Team (SRT) where he provided unparalleled security and support to visiting dignitaries and San Bernardino County’s own Superior Court Judges. Mr. Hilton’s is also a specialist in security management administration, business development, corporate training and the logistics of security, loss prevention and investigations.
