<p>Moore, who married actor Ashton Kutcher in 2005, filed for divorce in November 2011 after Kutcher, 33, reportedly cheated on her with a bevy of 20-something bikini babes.</p>
<p>Sources say Demi&#8217;s insecurities over the couple&#8217;s 15-year age difference fueled the divorce. Moore, who has a toned, lean physique that women half her age would envy, has been open about her obsession with youth and beauty.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>SOUTH BEND, Ind. – More allegations of sexual harassment at South Bend Housing Authority have been revealed.  A woman has come forward claiming that five co-workers harassed her while she worked as an administrative assistant at the authority between 2010 and 2011.</p>
<p>Last week two men accused South Bend Housing Authority Executive Director Marva Leonard-Dent of sexual harassment.<br />
The new accuser, who asked to remain anonymous, said the abuse against her started almost immediately after she started work at the authority.</p>
<p>“It was on a daily basis that I would get guys coming up and they were literally undressing with their eyes,” she described.  “The comments they were making like they would love to see me with just the jacket I had on and nothing else, some would come up and kiss me on the hand, use the bathroom with the door open.”<br />
She admitted that she failed to report the harassment immediately out of fear for her job.  But, eventually she reported the abuse after the men failed to stop.</p>
<p>&#8220;When I reported it nothing was really done about it, I don&#8217;t feel enough was done about it,” she explained.  “Especially when I had to go back to work and still work with these same people that were doing this.&#8221;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>NEW MILFORD &#8212; Longtime New Milford High School teacher Stephen Flanagan has retired from his position following an investigation into a sexual harassment claim against him, according to a report released Thursday.</p>
<p>The report on the school district&#8217;s investigation, obtained by The New-Times, concludes that while there were no indications Flanagan&#8217;s actions &#8220;were motivated by sexual desire or interest,&#8221; he is unable or unwilling to follow Board of Education policies.<br />
The popular social studies teacher has received strong support from students, former students and colleagues since he was suspended from his teaching duties earlier this month after a fellow staff member filed a formal complaint of sexual or other unlawful harassment.<br />
<span id="more-348"></span></p>
<p>The report states that Flanagan, who has worked for 26 years in the district, provided officials with a notice of his intent to retire at the end of the school year, after being verbally apprised of the investigation&#8217;s findings.<br />
He was also granted a leave of absence until the end of the school year.</p>
<p>The complaint filed against Flanagan claims he missed a staff meeting and was quite late to another because he was meeting with a female student &#8220;to provide emotional support.&#8221;<br />
According to the document, the staff member who filed the complaint had observed Flanagan &#8220;sitting with the student while rubbing her back in a circular, up and down motion.&#8221;<br />
The complaint was found to be &#8220;credible,&#8221; according to the report, which said Flanagan &#8220;used his personal funds to assist the student with the college process.&#8221;</p>
<p>The report noted that Flanagan had been disciplined earlier this year following a complaint filed by the parent of another female student charging &#8220;inappropriate conduct and gifts by Mr. Flanagan towards that student.&#8221;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Before the American sporting world knew the name Jerry Sandusky this week, Colorado State athletic director Paul Kowalczyk and his staff were made aware of what must be done in cases of sexual harassment or assault.</p>
<p>About two weeks ago, a school attorney came on campus to discuss their responsibility if an incident surfaces.</p>
<p>&#8220;Obviously very timely as to what our responsibilities are as employees of a state institution,&#8221; Kowalczyk said Tuesday.<br />
Sandusky is the former Penn State defensive coordinator named in a grand jury investigation alleging he sexually abused eight children over a 15-year period. Iconic head coach Joe Paterno was made aware of an incident in 2002 and notified athletic director Tim Curley. However, police were never called.</p>
<p>Curley has resigned, and The New York Times has reported the school is planning Paterno&#8217;s exit strategy, which his son, Scott, has denied.</p>
<p>In light of the massive story, Kowalczyk is having a meeting today with the coaches in his department about their responsibilities. The attorney&#8217;s message was clear.</p>
<p>&#8220;If you are suspicious or know of something that&#8217;s going on, it&#8217;s your duty to report that to your supervisor,&#8221; Kowalczyk said. &#8220;And ultimately, we have someone on campus to whom the supervisor — or that individual could go to directly as well — reports whatever is a concern to them.&#8221;</p>
<p>There are no current CSU or Air Force football coaches who worked at Penn State, but two Colorado assistants worked for Paterno, and one has a son who currently plays there.</p>
<p>CU assistant head coach Rip Scherer was a graduate assistant at Penn State in 1974-75, and his son Ryan is a senior wide receiver at the school. Rip Scherer&#8217;s father, William, played at Penn State from 1945-49. Buffaloes wide receivers coach Bobby Kennedy was a grad assistant at Penn State in 1992.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Former Cal Poly volleyball coach Jon Stevenson will receive most of the money owed to him under his prior contract, according to a separation agreement obtained Thursday by The Tribune.<br />
Additionally, Cal Poly has limited the chance of future sexual harassment allegations against Stevenson, who was relieved of his coaching duties by athletic director Don Oberhelman on Sept. 1.</p>
<p>As outlined in the separation agreement, the university will pay $133,980 and honor 440 hours of vacation to part ways with Stevenson, who was removed as head coach in September before a 2010 investigative report detailing sexual harassment and bullying charges against him was made public.</p>
<p>In return, Stevenson is prohibited from initiating contact with any current players, their parents or any other Cal Poly coaches or Athletic Department personnel.</p>
<p>Stevenson can attend graduate classes at Cal Poly if he wants to further his education, but has been disqualified from future consideration for any position within the university.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In the past six months, a California junior college has faced three sexual harassment cases by employees. Although in two of the cases a jury found mostly in favor of the school, in at least one of the three cases the college settled with the victim.</p>
<p>In October, the college faced the first of the three sexual harassment allegations. The charges came from a former female dean of the school. She claimed that she suffered sexual harassment and discrimination at the hands of her co-workers. She argued that her hostile work environment created by her co-workers was a result of gender discrimination. The jury ruled mostly in the favor of the school in that case.</p>
<p>In January, the college reached a settlement agreement with a former secretary. The secretary had worked for a former male dean for two years. She claimed that during those two years she suffered multiple occasions of sexual harassment by her boss, including a rape. Her supervisor admitted that he had a sexual relationship with her but claimed that it was consensual.</p>
<p>In court documents, however the victim says her boss threatened to fire her if she did not agree to have sex with him. The college agreed that improper sexual relations took place and decided to settle the sexual harassment suit. The settlement awards the victim $2.5 million.<br />

<p>Over the course of two public appearances before the media and an interview with Fox News, Cain confirmed that he had been the subject of sexual harassment complaints involving two female workers in the restaurant industry – but insisted he had been &#8220;falsely accused&#8221;.<br />

<p>He also said he was unaware of any of the women receiving settlements over the claims, which he described as &#8220;trumped up&#8221;. Cain said he was &#8220;unaware of any sort of settlement. I hope it wasn&#8217;t for much, because I didn&#8217;t do anything.&#8221;</p>
<p>On Sunday night, Politico revealed that two female employees of the National Restaurant Association had received payouts after making harassment claims against Cain while he was the organisation&#8217;s president.</p>
<p>According to Politico, the women left the association after complaining about inappropriate behaviour by Cain that made them angry and uncomfortable. They reportedly received settlements in return for signing non-disclosure agreements.</p>

Personally, I think it is a good idea, but what are you going to do with this information?  Only a very small percentage of sexual harassment complaints ever end up in court, so the chances of finding something of significance are pretty slim.<br />

<p>Keep in mind this is merely a database, and records contained in reports compiled from these databases may not contain accurate, complete or the most current or sufficient identifying information necessary to be considered reliable.</p>
