Your companys employee handbook or posted policy on Sexual Harassment can be recommunicated to employees during the training session along with explanations about the interpretation of the policy and consequences (constructive disciplinary steps) for violating the policy. Allow 1-hour to 30-minutes for this portion of the training. Other topics such as Violence in the Workplace Prevention, Substance Abuse Awareness or Workplace Diversity can also be incorporated with the training session.
