On-Site Training
Cutting-edge technology allows Compliance Training Group to employ visual aids that assist the participants in better understanding the sensitive issues of discussion. Our training sessions are highly "interactive" and “informative,” and require the participation of attendees in all three methods of training. For the live, instructor-led training sessions, we recommend groups of no more than 25-50 attendees. In addition, we offer instructive, easy-to-read professional materials such as custom booklets, pamphlets, slides and other effective educational literature.
Call us to learn more about uniquely-tailored workshops that include OSHA compliance and other popular programs, all of which can be customized to meet your organization's training needs. We also offer an extensive selection of employee handbooks and other workplace compliance materials. Your company's employee handbook or posted policy on Sexual Harassment can be communicated to employees during the training session along with explanations about the interpretation of the policy and consequences (constructive disciplinary steps) for violating the policy. Allow 30 minutes to 1 hour for this portion of the training. Other topics such as Workplace Violence Prevention, Harassment and Hostility in the Workplace, Substance Abuse Awareness, Team Building, Conflict Resolution, Sexual Harassment and Workplace Diversity can also be performed upon request.
