CURRICULUM VITAE
Education: James F. Hilton received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Workforce Education and Development with a minor in Education Training and Development from Southern Illinois University and received a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Redlands, California.
In addition, Mr. Hilton attended and completed the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Training Academy and received his Basic POST (Peace Officers Standards and Training) Certificate from the State of California.
Community Service: Mr. Hilton has served as a Reserve Deputy with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department and holds Intermediate and Advanced POST Certificates.
He has served with the Judicial Protection Unit (JPU) and Specialized Response Team (SRT), providing security and threat analysis and support for San Bernardino Superior Court Judges and visiting dignitaries, and other law enforcement duties.
PROFESSIONAL HISTORY
Mr. Hilton completed service contracts with two branches of the armed forces, including the United States Coast Guard where he served as an Operations Specialist and Maritime Law Enforcement Officer. He also served in the United States Air Force Reserve, as an Air Cargo Specialist. Mr. Hilton has professional experience as a Deputy Sheriff for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and as a Deputy Marshal with the San Bernardino County Marshal’s Department. He formerly served as a full-time Deputy Sheriff with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department before volunteering services as a Reserve Deputy, a commission he presently holds.
Mr. Hilton has consulted for many high-end retail and well-known food companies. Mr. Hilton has been an effective liaison with law enforcement agencies while successfully consulting with security and private investigation firms for more than seven years.
Mr. Hilton is a leader who’s responsible for security management administration, business development, corporate training and logistics of security guard, loss prevention and investigations.
