Yesenia Santillan possess over 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. In May 1999, Ms. Santillan graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Management and Human Resources, from Loyola Marymount University, CA.
Ms. Santillan further continued her education, while a student at Loyola, where she earned a certificate in Human Resources Management.
Yesenia is an experienced qualified presenter on training modules such as Diversity Awareness Training, Conflict Resolution Awareness Training, Violence in the Workplace Awareness Training, Team Building and Substance Abuse Awareness Training.

Ms. Santillan gained extensive experience in Human Resources while previously employed with NBC. She was responsible for two divisions, while performing all of the necessary job functions as a Human Resources Manager.
