Compliance Training Group has a talented team of facilitators that are each uniquely qualified to teach our highly specialized courses. Many of our trainers are attorneys with a minimum of two years spent practicing employment law. Other trainers are human resource professionals or harassment prevention consultants.

Per various state requirements, these trainers each have a minimum of two years of practical experience conducting and/or designing harassment and discrimination prevention training, responding to harassment or discrimination complaints, conducting investigations of sexual harassment complaints or advising employers.

Several senior corporate training instructors have been certified by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) as either Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
