What happens if it doesn’t start?

Users need to upgrade/install Adobe Flash Player:
For Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 (and newer versions)

  1. Download the Adobe Flash Player by visiting this link:http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
  2. Click on “Download Now”
  3. Click on the “Agree” box so that the box is checked.
  4. Click the “Install” button to begin the installation procedure.
  5. Follow the instructions on your computer screen (it should now automatically install)
  6. After completion of installation, restart your browser.

For Mozilla Firefox 3.0 (and newer versions)

  1. Download Adobe Flash from Adobe’s official Website:Download Adobe Flash Player
  2. Click on “Download Now”
  3. Click on the “Agree” box so that the box is checked.
  4. Click the “Install” button to begin the installation procedure.
  5. Follow the instructions on your computer screen (it should now automatically install)
  6. After completion of installation, restart your browser.

Google Chrome
Google Chrome already includes a built in version of the Adobe® Flash® Player. Google Chrome will automatically update itself when new versions of Flash Player are available.

What happens if the training module froze or stalled on me?

First, you must have speakers connected to view our training modules to follow the verbal steps.

This is usually caused by corrupt browser cache. By clearing the browser cache manually, this problem may be resolved. The solution varies depending on your internet browser. Please follow the specific instructions below:

Microsoft Internet Explorer (Version 5+, Windows)

  1. Click Start, select Settings and Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Internet Options to open Internet Properties.
  3. Click the General tab.
  4. Click Delete Files.
  5. Click OK on the Delete Files dialog box.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Close all Internet Explorer windows and try to view the content again.

Mozilla Firefox (Version 1+, All Operating Systems)

  1. Click on the Tools menu (Mac OS X users click on the Firefox menu).
  2. Select Options (Mac OS X user click on the Preferences menu).
  3. Select the Cache tab.
  4. Click the Clear Cache Now button.
  5. Click the OK button.
  6. Close all Firefox windows and try to view the content again.

Apple Safari (Version 1.2+, Mac OS X)

  1. Click on the Safari Menu.
  2. Select Clear Cache.
  3. Click on the Empty button.
  4. Close all Safari windows and try to view the content again.

Google Chrome (Version 10.0, Windows)

  1. Click on the wrench icon at the top right of the screen
  2. Click on options
  3. Click on “Under the Hood” on the left side of the screen
  4. Click on Clear Browsing Data
  5. Obliterate the following items from: the beginning of time
  6. Make sure “Empty the cache” is checked
  7. Click on Clear Browsing Data
